Teacher Induction Program

The Tyngsborough Public School District offers a comprehensive induction program for new teachers. The program provides a structure that maximizes teacher learning in the context of a supportive environment. There are five components to the program: Orientation, Beginning Teacher Institute, Mentoring, Training and Curriculum Supports. Our program provides the supervision and support outlined by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education guidelines for a formal induction program.
